He is able to breathe in an icy vapor that can freeze anything it touches, and has enhanced strength. He is able to break through metal structures with ease, as demonstrated when he ripped apart the statue of a huge metal and snapped iron girders half.
He is able to wear his Revonnahgander Containment suit and a Prypiatosian B Containment suit, each of which is equipped with power cores. These give him more energy and let him perform a variety of maneuvers. Big Chill can fly through the air, and create ice fragments with his powerful wing. This can inflict 13% damage to opponents.
